Prior to any home going on the market a Home Staging Consultation will provide valuable feedback on how to best showcase the homes potential. This is critical information for both a seller and their realtor!
This is a verbal in-home consult beginning at the curb. Some of what you’ll learn about staging your home includes:
- Techniques to showcase your home’s assets
- Improvement projects to consider – lighting, painting, etc.
- Items to edit out while on the market
- Furniture placement to maximize square footage and flow
Should you need your home enhanced with furnishings, art or accessories from Sensational Home Staging’s unique collection a Home Staging Proposal will also be provided. The Proposal will be emailed within 24 hours of the consult.
Fee: $175 for up to 2 Hour~Review & Consult. Additional time billed at $60 per hour.
