Occupied Home Staging is designed for sellers’ who will continue to live in the home while it is on the market.
This staging service provides supplemental furniture, area rugs, lamps, art and accessories from the Sensational Home Staging’s unique collection tailored to the ambiance of the home. The home will be re-merchandised to appeal to today’s buyer.
Fee: $175 for Review & Consultation. Staging cost varies depending on size of home, number of rooms to be staged and scope of work.
